If I had waited until I had everything, many of the things I'm doing today might never have started. Sometimes we wait because we don't feel ready. Not enough money, not enough people, the systems aren't right yet. I've been there too.
But over time I learned that it will never be enough. Just start with what you have. Once you're moving, you'll see what isn't working. Wrong? Fix it. Don't know? Learn. Didn't work? Try another way. What matters is not staying in the same place for too long.
Even today, a lot of what I do isn't because I'm 100% ready. I do it because if we don't start, we'll never know how far we can go. Start first.
