The problems that last the longest aren't always the hardest ones.
Sometimes it's because we take too long to make a decision.
In business, I've learned one thing:
When there's a problem, make a decision.
If it's right, keep going.
If it's wrong, fix it.
If it fails, learn from it.
What matters is not letting the same problem come back again and again while we do nothing.
Make the decision.
Solve it.
Learn from it.
Make sure it doesn't happen again.
Leadership isn't about always making the right decision.
It's about having the courage to take ownership of the decisions we make.
